WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ Refund Policy

WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ offers a digital course experience. As such, our return policy adheres to international standards for digital content while providing reasonable flexibility for users who may not find the course suitable early on. Refunds are generally not available once significant portions of the course are accessed, particularly high-value content in advanced chapters.

Please note: We utilize Paddle and Whop as our Merchants of Record. Any refund request is processed in accordance with our policy, as enforced by these third-party payment platforms.

1. General Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests may be considered if submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided the User has accessed only introductory sections or a limited portion of the course.

  • Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date are generally ineligible for refunds.

2. Monitoring Access and Completion Rate

  • Our platform enables us to monitor completion rates and track which chapters or modules have been accessed.

  • This monitoring allows us to facilitate refunds for Users who only engage with the introduction or initial chapters and decide early on that the course does not meet their expectations.

  • Our tracking capabilities also help identify potential misuse. If a User completes or accesses substantial portions of advanced, high-value content, this will weigh heavily against refund eligibility, protecting the company from fraudulent claims where content is consumed in full or nearly in full before requesting a refund.

3. Limitations on Refunds for Advanced Content Access

  • Users who have accessed advanced course modules, where core or high-value training resides, will generally be ineligible for refunds.

  • Requests from Users who have accessed significant portions of advanced chapters or assessments will typically be declined, as these sections represent the core intellectual value of the course.

4. Discretionary Evaluation of Course Progress

  • Each refund request is evaluated case-by-case, with careful consideration given to the quantity and level of content accessed.

  • If only introductory material is viewed, a refund may be considered if requested within the return eligibility period. However, access to or completion of advanced modules will significantly reduce refund eligibility.

5. Enforcement of Refund Policy by Paddle and Whop

  • Refunds for purchases made through WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ are processed by our Merchants of Record, Paddle and Whop. These platforms adhere to the terms outlined here and have technical measures in place to enforce this policy based on course engagement data.

  • Users are encouraged to refer to the payment confirmation email from Paddle or Whop for specific refund instructions related to their purchase.

6. Non-Refundable Instances

  • Refunds are not issued in cases where a User has completed substantial portions of the course, particularly high-value, advanced content.

  • Refund requests based solely on individual preferences or dissatisfaction unrelated to the advertised course objectives are generally not eligible.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of technical issues or billing errors, refunds may be issued following an investigation. Users experiencing such issues are encouraged to contact our customer support team.

End-User License Agreement (EULA) for WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ Courses

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding agreement between WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ (the "Provider") and the individual or entity accessing the course materials (the "User").

By accessing or using the course materials provided by WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ, the User agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from accessing or using the course materials.

1. License Grant

WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for personal or internal business use, depending on the nature of the course. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to the User.

​

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided, including but not limited to videos, text, images, exercises, and quizzes, are owned by WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification of any course material is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions on Use and Misuse Consequences

The User agrees to the following restrictions:

  • Not to share, copy, or distribute the course materials to any third party.

  • Not to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the course content.

  • Not to use any part of the course content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ.

  • Not to access or use the course in a manner that could damage or impair the Provider's systems or interfere with other users.

Any misuse of the course materials, including but not limited to multiple unauthorized accesses, account sharing, hacking, unauthorized copying or redistribution, or any other activity that breaches the terms of this EULA, will lead to the immediate revocation of the User's access to the course without any refund. Furthermore, WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against any User involved in such misconduct, including penalties as permitted under governing law.

4. Access and Termination

WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ reserves the right to revoke the User's access to the course if any terms of this EULA are violated. The User's access may also be revoked at the Provider's discretion if necessary to protect intellectual property rights or ensure the integrity of the course.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Access to the course may require payment as specified at the time of purchase. WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ utilizes Merchants of Record to securely process payments and handle transactions. Currently, payments are facilitated through Whop and Paddle, who act as the official sellers and are responsible for tax calculations, receipts, and payment security.

The actual currency and pricing may vary depending on the Merchant of Record, and users are encouraged to review the specific payment terms provided at the time of purchase. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ's refund policy and the policies of the Merchant of Record handling the transaction. WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ reserves the right to modify fees, refund terms, and the Merchants of Record used at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The course and its materials are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ does not guarantee that the course materials are error-free, secure, or suitable for the User's intended purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to the User's access to or use of the course materials.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ may collect, store, and process certain personal data of the User in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the course materials, the User consents to the collection and use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes to this Agreement

WorldClassEdge LLC-FZ reserves the right to modify or replace this EULA at any time. The updated agreement will be effective immediately upon posting, and the User's continued access or use of the course materials after such posting constitutes their acceptance of the updated EULA.

By accessing or using the course, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
